00:12of nations with access to nuclear weaponry has been continuously increasing.

00:17It used to be two, then four, and now it's practically going to reach a dozen.

00:23We have to realize that the root of all these external problems is man's mind.

00:29So first of all, we have to get rid of the notion that by having the right kind of legislation

00:35or structures or systems or international treaties or agreements or social processes,

00:41we can just sail out of these troubled waters.

00:44That is not going to happen.

00:46You have to address the problem where it really is, and the problem really is here, in man's

00:52mind.

00:53Man needs spiritual education.

00:55Man's animal ego needs to be educated, it needs to be rather edified, otherwise there
