00:24Do not let all that happen to you.

00:27Life is too valuable to be wasted away in periods of emotional trauma and neurosis.

00:36Fragmented mind, something is saying, this is right.

00:39One part is saying, I love my parents.

00:41One part is saying, no, they often have to do something about it.

00:45One part is saying family is important.

00:47The other one says career is important.

00:49And all that is quite a lot of torture to handle.

00:54Do not let that happen.

00:55That's the reason why wisdom literature is essential and more important for women than

01:01for men, because they are the ones who stand to lose more.
