Good news! MRT-3 and MRT-2 will have free ride from April 5 to April 11.

This is a celebration for the veterans of the war during the Philippine Veterans Week

and the upcoming Day of Reconciliation.

According to MRT-3 General Manager, Mikael Capati,

this is how they recognize the sacrifice and contribution of the veterans

in the Second World War.

Because of this, the veterans will have free ride

and one of their companions in the MRT.

As for the LRT-2, aside from the veterans who can avail free ride,

the whole day, a companion will also provide free ride

for all passengers from 7 am to 9 am

and from 5 pm to 7 pm.
