00:00Who's on your short list, Mr. President, to replace Elise Stefanik as U.S. ambassador to the U.N.?
00:06So, we have a lot of good people that want it.
00:10First of all, Elise is fantastic.
00:12And I just don't want to take chances where you guys are saying,
00:14how is the election going?
00:16We have a congressional election that's a little bit close.
00:19I guess the one is in good shape, but the other one's a little bit close.
00:22But Randy Fine is a great guy.
00:25They're both good candidates. They're very good.
00:27But it's, you know, a little bit we want to be careful.
00:31And Elise is very popular in her district, and so am I.
00:35We won by a lot of points, and so did she.
00:38And there's a lot of people that wanted to run for it, but we have no idea.
00:43Are they going to win?
00:44I think it's just security.
00:45And I said, Elise, what about going back?
00:47Because they love you there, and she's going to take a big leadership position
00:52with Mike Johnson and the group, the speaker.
00:56And I can tell you that for the replacement,
01:01we have a lot of people that have asked about it and would like to do it.
01:04David Friedman, Rick Grinnell, and maybe 30 other people.
01:11Everyone loves that position.
01:13That's a star-making position.
01:15And so we'll see what happens.
01:17But we have a lot of people that are interested in going to the United Nations,
01:21as you can imagine.
