The police in Lungsod are being protected by the remaining apolitical and non-partisan.

In order to ensure that the Hatol ng Bayan 2025 will be safe and sound,

the Iloilo City Police Office is intensifying its security measures.

And because the local campaign period has already started,

the police are all on guard to prevent election-related violence in Lungsod.

The police will also tighten the schools and polling centers

to ensure the safety of voters and growers who will serve in the election.

The ICPO also reminded the police to remain apolitical and non-partisan

to maintain the integrity of the election in the city.

Yet, Police Director Colonel Kim Legada should follow the guidelines

issued by the Commission on Elections to the Philippine National Police

that prohibits the police from participating in partisan political activities.
