00:15Strike Force Herd was launched in January 2025 to target the manufacture and distribution
00:21of privately manufactured firearms and illegal drugs.
00:25Police arrested a 45-year-old man in Shell Harbour who was found carrying two homemade
00:29machine guns, ammunition, balaclavas and cable ties.
00:34His Geroa property uncovered more firearms, ballistic vests, a 3D printer, firearm components
00:40and thousands of rounds of ammunition.

01:06He faces 20 charges and has been refused bail.
01:10That same afternoon, a 16-year-old boy was arrested in Farnborough Heights and charged
01:15with 16 offences, including firearm supply and manufacture.
