00:00A few days after his historic campaign in the 2025 Women's Tennis Association Miami Open,

00:06the WTA rankings of the Philippine Tennis Sensation, Alex Ayala, was officially ranked 75th.

00:13In the list released yesterday from World No. 140,

00:17the 19-year-old athlete climbed 65 places.

00:21Ayala is the first Filipino to enter the top 100 of the said rankings.

00:27Remember, Ayala won the World No. 2 and 5-time Grand Slam champion Iga Shenteg

00:33and the World No. 5 Madison Keys in the WTA Miami Open

00:38as a way to raise his position.

00:41Alex's campaign in Florida ended as a semifinalist,

00:45and World No. 4, Jessica Pegula, was crowned.

00:48Meanwhile, Miami Heat Head Coach Eric Spolstra,

00:53was one of the inspirations for Ayala in his fight against Kamakailan.
