Arteta predicts 'twists' to Arsenal's transfer business after arrival of Andrea Berta

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta believes that new sporting director Andrea Berta is a 'big addition to the club'.

00:00Yes, I think it's a big addition to the club, a big addition to the team, a team that is

00:07already formed with a lot of great people, Rich leading it obviously, but as well with

00:14James, with Jason, with a lot of people at the club that have been doing such good work.

00:21So it's about building out that chemistry and I believe Josh is being fully involved

00:26in the process as well, so we are all very excited to have him.

00:29How much do you feel like he can help the club, especially in the transfer window, we've

00:33seen his reputation for signing some of the best players in world football over the course

00:37of the last decade or so?

00:39Well you just met him and straight away the words that come out are always winning, improving

00:45and demanding and he's a person, very honest, very straightforward, very clear vision what

00:52he wants to do. He was so willing to join us, which is a very positive thing as well

00:57because he had many other possibilities and he's chosen to come to us and now it's about

01:04us giving him the support and the understanding of the situation and context straight away

01:10and for him to start to do what he's already done for many, many years at the highest level,

01:15which has been very impressive.
