Back boiler replaced by BOXT

I had my old and inefficient back boiler replaced by BOXT and my only regret is not having done it sooner - here's how they took the worry out of my big home reno project .

00:00Welcome to our Victorian cottage where we had an old back boiler we wanted to replace

00:05and we also wanted some new radiators. The boiler is built in behind that ugly gas fire

00:10and that radiator there was an odd shape and placement so that's getting switched up too.

00:15In the living room that radiator is getting replaced like for like.

00:19Moving on into the kitchen the water cylinder here will go freeing up a massive cupboard

00:28and this is the utility room where the new boiler will take pride of place.

00:33The downstairs toilet radiator also needs replacing along with the one in the landing.

00:37Hopping onto the boxed website I answered a series of super simple questions about the house

00:42and what kind of boiler we wanted and in a couple of minutes it gave me suitable options.

00:47We went for the Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4030 kilowatts and chose the date for installation.

00:54And here it is being delivered right before work started on the day we chose.

00:58Gas engineers Craig and Louis arrived shortly afterwards and after a chat about where we

01:02wanted everything work commenced. While Craig got busy removing the old boiler and running

01:06the new pipe work, Louis got cracking on the new boiler installation.

01:12Day two came around and with everything now in place Craig returned to finish up the boiler

01:16and fit the last three radiators and we were done. The old boiler, water cylinder and water

01:21tanks from the loft all removed. We now just have this fabulous looking boiler tucked away in the

01:26utility. All thanks to Boxed who made everything an absolute breeze.
