Natsu-Mon: 20th Century Summer Kid is an adventure game developed by Millennium Kitchen and Toybox. Spike Chunsoft first released it in Japan for the Nintendo Switch in 2023.
You are Satoru, a Japanese young boy from circus troupe coming to a countryside for his Summer Vacation. When you first arrived, your parents tell you that you will be staying with the inn lady named Kyoko and will be spending your Summer Vacation here. Once you are in control, you are free to explore the countryside and meet all the new characters there. This game plays like Boku no Natsuyasumi with 3D open world map. You can go fishing, catching bugs, talk to characters which some of them give you main quest or side quest. Some side quests requires you to have an amount of peculiar bug like the Apiary quest for example where you need some bees to give to the beekeeper to finish the quest. Some side quests give you one sticker stamina as a reward and completing the mountain climber quest will grant you a special cape that allows you to float midair that temporarily stopped you from falling at the cost of your stamina. One quest with the old man who lived near the lighthouse will give you a pair of climbing glove that increase your climbing speed. There will be time when you will be chosen by your troupe to manage the circus as their manager replacing the former circus manager but never mind that...I will explain that once we get to that date.
