00:06MBA I got them at a very low six-figure number but now if I wanted to sell you

00:13know I've already 4x my money so obviously I think everyone always

00:16appreciates that you know real estate is a great way to you know create wealth

00:19but I think it's a portfolio right you got to have a little bit of everything

00:22right so obviously technology and how quickly it's grown in the web 3 space

00:26has grown so quickly that's another area where I'm very heavily invested in just

00:29because of how rapidly things grow you see here everyone comes in and talks

00:32tech you have you know our president purchasing AI you have Elon Musk

00:36looking to buy tech from other people for billions of dollars it shows you

00:40that the world is changing and if you look inside the Asian market and the

00:44Middle East market they're already ahead of the curve in terms of the technology

00:47and forward thinking we're catching up so with that being said it's like why

00:51not be part of that forefront on the American Western Hemisphere side where

00:55you can kind of elevate and be part of that charge

00:59you
