OpenAI expects to generate over $12 billion in revenue this year, more than triple last year’s revenue, according to Bloomberg. The company projects revenue will more than double again next year to nearly $30 billion and surpass $125 billion by 2029.  OpenAI faces high costs from chips, data centers, and talent needed to build advanced AI. It expects to become cash-flow positive in 2029, when revenue may reach $125 billion. The company is reportedly in talks to raise up to $40 billion in funding, led by SoftBank, at a valuation nearing $300 billion.
