02:16Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin

02:18is in custody.

02:20Former Minneapolis police officer

02:22Derek Chauvin has been charged

02:24by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office

02:26with murder and with manslaughter.

02:28He has been charged with third

02:30degree murder.

02:32We cannot celebrate

02:34because an arrest

02:36is not a conviction.

02:38And we want justice.

02:40You know,

02:42we don't want partial justice.

02:44We want whole justice.

02:50George wasn't hurting anyone that day.

02:52He didn't deserve to die

02:54over $20.

03:44that Americans are marching for.

03:50on the police.

03:52And why did you do that?

03:56I believe I witnessed a murder.

04:02That is not what we teach.

04:04And that should be condoned.

04:06The jury in the above-entitled matter

04:08has to count one unintentional

04:10second-degree murder while committing a felony.

04:12Find the defendant guilty.

04:14Third-degree murder perpetrating

04:16a dangerous act. Find the defendant guilty.

04:18Second-degree manslaughter, culpable negligence

04:20creating an unreasonable risk.

04:22Find the defendant guilty.

04:24I'm going to put up a fight every day

04:26because I'm not just fighting for

04:28George anymore, I'm fighting for

04:30everybody around this world.

04:32Today, we are able to breathe again.
