Trump Administration House Reviewing How Atlantic Editor Was Added To Signal Chat About Yemen Airstrikes

A veteran journalist was accidentally added to a group text in which apparent Trump administration officials discussed U.S. airstrikes in Yemen, according to CNBC. The White House said Monday it is reviewing how Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, ended up in a Signal chat discussing the airstrikes. Goldberg published excerpts and screenshots of the March 13 thread, which included accounts labeled as top officials, including JD Vance, Pete Hegseth, Marco Rubio, and Michael Waltz. The National Security Council called the thread authentic and said it demonstrated “deep and thoughtful policy coordination.”
