00:25They show the hidden side of the Roquefort,
00:28since we can see how the lambs were raised and fattened,
00:35and how they were killed in a slaughterhouse four months later.
01:25This slaughterhouse had already been controlled in 2016 by the veterinary services,
01:33and it was a horror.
01:35Four years later, nothing has changed.
01:37We are already asking for the immediate closure of this slaughterhouse,
01:41since it cannot continue to operate in these conditions,
01:44outside of any regulations.
01:46We are also asking the Roquefort farm to take responsibility,
01:49since the lambs that are born in this farm are inseparable from the milk production.
01:55We are therefore asking that the farm add an obligation to open to the open air for the lambs.
02:02We have to get out of intensive farming,
02:20and for us consumers, dairy products are not trivial.
02:23We cannot dissociate meat from dairy products,
02:27because when we consume cheese, milk, we also feed this line of meat,
02:33we also feed animals in intensive farming, in slaughterhouses.
02:36So we have to try as much as possible to vegetalize our food.
02:40This is the only solution to save this terrible life for these lambs.
