00:36My dad used to take me and Sage here during our summer breaks.

00:43He needed a place to escape to after my mom passed away.

00:54But it's because of those childhood memories that I ended up here.

00:58That and the town's nature and the comfort of its close-knit community kind of stuck with me, too.
