00:16Well, my brothers have been great.

00:18My older brother, Matt, is in the military, so he gets it.

00:21How about your sister?

00:23Oh, well, Ruby is definitely there for me when I need her.

00:25I mean, her focus is her kids and Mom and Dad.

00:29You don't say much about your parents.

00:32Where do they fit into your support system?

00:35My parents are great people.

00:38But we don't talk about this kind of stuff.

00:41This kind of stuff? You mean post-traumatic stress?

00:44Yeah. And therapy in general.

00:49Why not?

00:51I know they didn't love you joining the military,

00:53but I am sure that they care about your welfare.

00:56Yeah, of course they do.

00:58It's just feelings, psychological issues.

01:01If it's not a wound that they can see or touch...

01:04They wouldn't understand.

01:06Yeah. Yeah, we keep things on the surface.

01:09It's easier that way.

01:11Is that what they want? Or is it what you want?

01:15I've just accepted it.
