Chiaramente è un partner per noi fondamentale e siamo molto contenti di poter portare la nostra voce anche all'interno di questi contesti e di questo convegno nel quale si elabora anche una politica strategica che ha un respiro più ampio di quello del nostro territorio.” Così Claudia Pecchioli vice sindaco di Sesto Fiorentino ospite oggi al primo appuntamento di ‘Future Callin’ organizzato dal Comitato Public Affairs di AmCham nella sede di Lilly Italia.

00:04As the Sesto Fiorentino Municipal Board, we are absolutely aware of the importance that Lilli has had for years in our territory in terms of occupation, in terms of innovation, in terms of industry.

00:20Clearly, it is a fundamental partner for us and we are very happy to be able to bring our voice also within these contexts and this agreement, in which a strategic policy is also being elaborated, which has a wider reach than that of our territory.

00:37Times are not easy because the Trump administration is putting to the test and is making it difficult for the lives of companies that have been operating in our territory for years, with the policy of protectionism of taxes.

00:51We, as institutions, and therefore from the level closest to the citizens, from the municipalities onwards, we are there and we want to highlight the common objectives of the institutions and businesses.
