00:28with several civic organizations based in Europe.
00:32Atty. Cristina Conte of the National Unions for People's Lawyers and Assistant Counsel
00:37told the victims of the war against drugs of former President Duterte
00:41that minor crimes such as offenses against the Administration of Justice
00:45are the only cases that could be granted interim release.
00:54No interim release has been granted by the court for any of those accused of these crimes.
01:02So, from my point of view, there is zero probability that Sara Duterte or the Duterte camp
01:10could bring home Duterte by May 2025.
01:14The Center for International Law Philippines also believes that the ICC will not grant the interim release
01:20if the former President Duterte returns to the Philippines.
01:24Because the conditions for actually granting it are not there.
01:29There are still serious security concerns for the victims, for the potential witnesses.
