00:12sweat so and it's zero alcohol intake in that 120 days but you know I intend to go beyond 120 days.

00:27to the prison and you say that the shock was intense but actually it was a couple of old

00:33lads in your cell who metaphorically speaking kind of put their arms around you and got you

00:37through it is that right? They did, they were a godsend you know that again it just felt surreal

00:48you know I've never been in a in a prison before. You didn't sleep did you? No I didn't sleep for

00:53three nights um so um but actually they it was a helping hand really on that first night in

01:03particular and and they did it looked after me throughout as did other inmates as well.
