00:00The International Criminal Court has already laid out how the victims of extrajudicial killings

00:07in the hearing of the former President Rodrigo Duterte's case can be registered and prosecuted.

00:11Anki attorney, Christina Conte, is one of the lawyers for the victims of war on drugs.

00:15They will consult the ICC on the process because there are not only 43 victims,

00:20just like what the prosecutor presented to the ICC.

00:23The victims can appear as witnesses or submit their testimonies regarding the case.

00:30Conte strongly reminds that the identification of the victims and their safety is protected by the court.
