00:03Yeah very happy, good performance, probably come out better in the second half

00:07and yeah come out on the victory side of things and we're staying up, that's the main thing,

00:13that was the key message coming into the day about staying up so thankfully we've done that.

00:19Yeah four goals in seven minutes, that was our man at their best wasn't it, just blistering,

00:22ruthless, that's what you want to see. Definitely, coming out in the second half

00:26we obviously knew we needed to, we had to keep talking to the team about what was the score

00:30coming into that game so yeah we knew we had to come out of the traps fast in the second half

00:35and we've done that. Whenever there's so much going on around the other friends, other teams

00:40involved, how much as a player on the field do you know what's going on anywhere, is there any

00:42communication there? Definitely is yeah, you get a wee bit of communication through the lanes and

00:46you sort of know then how things are going in our game and you know that communication has

00:53come across and thankfully we knew what we had to do and we've done the business.

00:58For yourself personally, you had a long time out, I know you were back last week but how good is it

01:01to be back today and playing again? The best thing ever is putting on my jersey and coming back,

01:08there's a long road to recovery but now I'm back and that's 260 minutes in the bank so

01:12thankfully I'm back in the mix. You mentioned already safety secured for next year,

01:19how important is that for a man to be staying up in Division 1, playing in Division 1 Tough

01:22One again next year? Absolutely, it's always important, you want to be competing against

01:26the best team in Ireland and thankfully we've stayed up and it leaves next year coming in

01:32that we're going to stay in Division 1 and we're there about so you know we can compete

01:37against the top teams so thankfully we've stayed there and that's the main thing.
