Man Finds Black Kitten on Remote Lake During Ice Fishing Trip

This man encountered a small black kitten while ice fishing on a small lake in the middle of a state forest. Following their tracks, he discovered that the kitten had been living in a hole on the lake's bank. Concerned for the cat's survival, he took the kitten into his ice fishing house, where they caused playful chaos by climbing and biting him. He later found the kitten a new home, where they were named Poppy, as they had "popped" up out of nowhere.
