00:14on Friday, National Unity Minister Datuk Aran Ago Dagang urged Malaysians to reject prejudice,

00:21negative stereotypes and racial or religious injustice.

00:25He made the remarks during the launch of COMA Centre's Malaysian Racism Report 2024,

00:32which recorded 517 incidents of racism since 2015.

00:37To strengthen national unity, Aran highlighted the government's efforts through the National

00:42Unity Policy, which serves as a guiding framework for fostering a cohesive, harmonious and inclusive

00:48society.

00:50Understanding unity-related challenges, he added, is crucial in preparing for potential

00:55threats that could disrupt social harmony.
