00:19According to President Marcos Jr., there is no winner in the nuclear war.

00:24The PUNO-ECOTIBO is also in support of the Philippines' commitment

00:28to implementing the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty

00:32to ensure that the country will continue to be a part of the friendly initiative against the spread of nuclear weapons.

00:40President Marcos added that the desire to maintain a safe world

00:45is through the promotion of peace and the assistance of the countries.

00:50The Philippines is one of the countries that firmly supports the CTBT

00:55that is trying to ban the use of nuclear weapons
