Maria Grazia Spina (3 giugno 1936 – marzo 2025) è stata un'attrice televisiva, cinematografica e teatrale italiana.Nata a Venezia con il nome di Maria Grazia Spinazzi , la Spina esordì come attrice con la compagnia teatrale Stabile di Trieste, lavorando poi con le compagnie di Vittorio Gassman , Aroldo Tieri , Elisa Cegani e Glauco Mauri . Ebbe anche una prolifica carriera cinematografica, ma nonostante un gran numero di apparizioni, soprattutto in film commedie e d'avventura, non riuscì ad emergere. La sua carriera televisiva fu più gratificante, ed ebbe l'opportunità di recitare in ruoli di peso in serie televisive di successo. Condusse l'edizione del 1965 del Festival di Sanremo .Il 13 marzo 2025 viene annunciata che Spina e morta all'età di 88 anni.
