Three foreign suspects involved in a series of violent robberies were fatally shot by police in Sepang early Friday (March 14) morning following a house break-in and subsequent attack on officers.

00:35When confronted, the suspects, armed with machetes
00:39attacked the police personnel, prompting officers to open fire
00:43All three suspects, aged between 35 and 40, were pronounced dead at the scene
00:49Deputy Commissioner Fadil revealed
00:52the suspects were part of a gang responsible for numerous robberies
00:56and break-ins across Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Negeri Sembilan
01:01since early 2024
01:03Their criminal activities reportedly caused nearly RM1 million in losses
01:10and often involved violence against victims
01:13The gang's pattern included fleeing to their home country
01:17after committing crimes before returning to Malaysia
01:20to continue their criminal activities
01:23Authorities are currently tracking two additional suspects
01:26believed to be members of the same robbery gang
