Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has ruled out holding negotiations with the United States over a nuclear deal, as a letter was delivered from U.S. President Donald Trump calling for talks.  Khamenei told a group of university students that Iran had sat at the negotiating table for years, signed an agreement before Trump “took it off the table and tore it up.
