00:18To help the companies grow together, as I said a little while ago,
00:22so to put human capital at the center,
00:24and ADECO, certainly as a market leader among the agencies for the job,
00:28has the capacity and the skills to cultivate talent,
00:33so that we can develop skills in line with the market expectations
00:38and so that human capital can really be at the center of the growth of the partner companies,
00:44but why not also of the Italian system.
