00:28By FY25, we turn to FY26, and that's when we have all the cuts and the savings that won't be actualized at that point.
00:36There's a process that's going to explain this.
00:39You have to qualify the savings, you've got to quantify them, and then you quantify them.
00:44Well, the quantification process comes right by FY26.
00:47You're going to see the administration and Congress working in tandem to provide and present a better government for the people.
00:54And that is something many of us ran for Congress to do.
00:57That day is now upon us, and we're excited about it.
