00:00The Land, Transportation, Franchising and Regulatory Board dismissed the company of the bus

00:06that was involved in the accident in Guadalupe EDSA Busway Station.

00:10The bus was found dead in another bus that was lined up at the station on Monday night,

00:17where more than 30 people were injured.

00:20According to the first report, the bus was found dead.

00:24According to the DOTR, the LTFRB also initiated a show-cause order against the company

00:31to explain why it did not need to revoke its franchise.

00:36The LTFRB also requested the Passenger Accident Management and Insurance Agency

00:42to visit the hospital of the passengers confined to pay their hospitalization expenses.

00:49The Land, Transportation, Franchising and Regulatory Office ordered the drivers of the bus

00:55to meet with the Intelligence and Investigation Division tomorrow to explain

01:00why they should not file a Reckless Driving Complaint.

01:05As of now, the driver's license is suspended within 70 days.
