Charlie's footage offers viewers a new look at a recent newsworthy event in London.
"My dad saw a group of people and police warning/crime scene tape, so he proceeded to walk over and saw this man halfway up Big Ben," Charlie told WooGlobe. "There were about eight fire engines and several police cars there. The man had a Palestine flag and was a protester.
"He stayed on Big Ben for 18 hours before agreeing to come down after the police had spent several hours negotiating with him."
