Cargo Ship and Oil Tanker Collide in North Sea

A cargo ship carrying toxic chemicals crashed into a U.S. military-chartered oil tanker on Monday. The oil tanker was carrying jet fuel. The fiery collision forced crew members to abandon both vessels, with dozens rescued and one reported missing.
