08:52And much depends on the political will of the West

08:56To step up to the plate in America's relative absence

09:00Well, I think what's going to happen is Ukraine wants to make a deal

09:04Because I don't think they have a choice

09:08I also think that Russia wants to make a deal

09:12Because in a certain different way, a different way that only I know
