00:00It appears and many people in Ukraine are speculating that President Zelensky left his talks with President Trump on Friday more or less empty handed.
00:11He didn't appear to get the Tomahawk missiles that he wanted. I mean, is that how it looks to you and how much of a setback do you think those talks were for President Zelensky?
00:21Yeah, I think, well, certainly there had been a lot of talk in this country about the potential of providing Tomahawk missiles to the Ukrainians so that they could use them for their own defense and showing up their operations.
00:35So I think there was some expectation that was going to take place. Of course, the dynamics around all of this negotiation, all of the activities taking place at a very high level, I think have come to be seen here.
00:49And President Trump is clearly talking to both sides and influenced by both sides.
00:54And, you know, it appears that he is, you know, maybe has stepped back from from that original inclination to provide them there to see if there's another way that that this situation could be resolved.
01:08So, yeah, I'm sure this is very disappointing for the for the Ukrainians.
01:12And again, I think it's a little bit confusing on the strategic front in terms of where we actually stand with all this.
