Meat raffle robber: alleged serial thief arrested for stealing 50 meat trays

A suspected serial thief has been arrested with a carload of stolen goods, including $800 worth of meat trays, $3,000 in olive oil, and a bronze grave plaque.

00:13Queens Cliff Water Police responded to reports of suspicious activity on February the 3rd,

00:19discovering over 50 meat trays, 50 tins of Moro olive oil and a grave plaque

00:24allegedly stolen from a cemetery in 2024.

00:28Also seized were power tools, honey, an axe and fishing gear linked to a service station robbery.

00:34The man reportedly told police he was just going fishing.

00:38He has been charged with 10 offences and is due in court on April 7.

00:43The grave plaque will be returned to its rightful owners.
