00:09Under Proclamation No. 818 of President Marquez Jr.,
00:14he established the Anti-Red Tape Authority, or ARTA,
00:17which is in charge of the annual celebration,
00:20where the launch of programs will be expected to support
00:24the administration of the President, who is also in charge of the business sector.
00:28All agencies of the government, including GOCCs and LGUs,
00:32have been instructed to cooperate with ARTA
00:35while asking the government and private sector and non-government organizations
00:41to support the so-called initiative.
00:44According to the proclamation, its purpose is to strengthen the public's freedom
00:49in improving the regulatory environment, reducing red tape,
00:53and accelerating economic development.
