Apple unveils new MacBook Air

00:00apple's best-selling laptop is getting an upgrade. the company announced its new

00:03macbook air model that comes with a faster m4 chip and an upgraded camera.

00:07and despite seemingly everything getting more expensive, apple is cutting the

00:11price of the new air by $100. the price drop is even more surprising given that

00:15many experts believe new tariffs implemented by Donald Trump will cause

00:19electronics to become more expensive. the new macbook air has a starting price of

00:23$999 for the 13-inch model, with the 15-inch model starting at $1,099.

00:28both versions go on sale March 12th. in addition to the upgraded macbook, apple

00:33also announced a new version of its mac studio, as well as a chip upgrade to the

00:37ipad air. these new product announcements come less than a month after apple

00:41unveiled the low-cost iphone 16e. that'll do it for your daily briefing. from new
