Whyalla steelworks creditors told plant was losing $1.5 million a day

Creditors of the Whyalla steelworks have been told the plant was losing one-and-a-half million dollars a day and has accumulated debts totalling $1.3 billion. KordaMentha held its first meeting with creditors in the Steel City this afternoon, as some struggling suppliers start to see cash from the government's support package.
