Territory coordinator bill under scrutiny as Northern Territory heritage act added to proposed law's scope of powers

The Northern Territory parliamentary scrutiny committee has wrapped two days of public hearings into the Territory Coordinator Act. The proposed legislation would establish a new office of the NT Government with powers to fast-track major projects.
