Slot hails Liverpool's mentality to silence critics

Arne Slot believes his Liverpool side have found an extra gear since dropping points against Everton and Villa

00:26eight out of ten people get a bit complacent,

00:29but only the ones that want to achieve something don't,

00:32and that mentality of these two out of ten I saw tonight

00:36because they just found an extra gear to work even harder.

00:40We weren't perfect, I think we lost more simple balls than we usually do,

00:44but the mentality was great again, as well as the squad performance.

00:49I'm not talking about the team performance, but the squad performance.
