00:21industry. He also noted the Philippines' goal of moving up the value chain from pure fabrication
00:27to design and the growing number of highly skilled Filipinos capable of working as chip
00:32manufacturers and integrated circuit designers. The company expressed plans to transfer its
00:38production to the Philippines, a move expected to further boost the country's semiconductor sector.
00:44In 2024, the Philippine semiconductor industry generated US$29.16 billion in exports.
