00:41There should be an original photocopy of your birth certificate or national ID card,

00:47and a full-body picture of the senior citizen printed on A4-sized bond paper
00:52and an endorsement letter from the city or the mayor of the city where you live.
00:57Send those to the Office for the Senior Citizens Affairs
01:01or Local Social Welfare and Development Office in your area.
01:05For the senior citizens living abroad,
01:08send it to the Philippine Embassy, Philippine Consulate General,
01:11Department of Migrant Workers, or Commission on Filipinos Overseas.
