00:08In the name of caste particularly?

00:10IITs are very liberal places in that sense, but yet there is overall an environment of

00:16equality and friendliness.

00:18If you say people need to be protected on the basis of their caste, yes, but then there

00:23are other places where they are far more vulnerable.

00:26Those are the places where the society and the government should focus on.

00:30For example, the small towns, villages, the schools there, where there is active and very

00:35very heinous kind of discrimination.

00:38Discrimination not only among the students, but sometimes even the teachers very badly

00:43discriminate against the students.

00:45So that's where it is still happening and those are the places we should rather focus

00:50on.
