01:10assembly what next what will happen on the basis of this particular report so we are decoding it

01:15for our viewers right now the Delhi assembly's PSC committee will be formed and this committee

01:21will have 12 members it will have representation from the Bharatiya Janata Party as well as the

01:26Aam Aadmi Party which means the stakeholders from the assembly from both sides will be part of this

01:30PSC a committee that is all set to be formed by the BJP government or rather the speaker's office

01:36now the CAG report that was tabled today this report will be sent to the PSC and the PSC has

01:43the rights to issue summons to individuals who are concerned with this particular case so because

01:49it's a CAG report and the excise policy case and hence you know the former chief minister Arvind

01:55Kejriwal the GOM that is the group of ministers which had formulated and cleared and executed

02:01the excise policy case the new excise policy they could be also issued someone along with that

02:07officials can be also called by this PSC committee of the Delhi assembly as well as private individuals

02:14can be also summoned if the PSC this committee of the Delhi assembly finds any need of that

02:29agency because they can issue summons they can organize questioning as well of the
