Deadly Collapse at South Korea Highway Construction Site

South Korea's fire agency says at least four people are dead and six injured after a collapse at a highway construction site in the city of Anseong, south of Seoul. Acting President Choi Sang-mok ordered rescue personnel to be deployed immediately.
