01:05Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo Kakdaka said
01:09that they will explain to their recruitment agencies
01:12the correct process of applying abroad.

01:19of illegal recruiters and human traffickers.
01:21First, the knowledge of having the right job.
01:26Meaning, the process of recruiting properly.
01:33Our countrymen will not be victims of illegal recruiters
01:40because we have legal recruitment agencies.
01:45Pre-employment, welfare, and legal assistance
01:49and reintegration programs.
01:52The two agreements are included in the caravan.
01:56First, the Memorandum of Agreement between
01:58the DMW, Department of Labor and Employment Region 3,

02:05on the provision of jobs and upskilling programs to OFWs.
02:10And the agreement between the OFW Hospital,
02:13Jose Belingag Memorial General Hospital,
02:16DOH Region 3, and the Provincial Government of Pampanga
02:20on providing healthcare services to OFWs.
02:24The DMW National Reintegration Center for OFWs
02:27will provide financial and livelihood assistance
02:31to 100 beneficiaries of the Action Fund
02:33and the Livelihood Program for Overseas Reintegration.
02:37Some government agencies are also included in the program,
02:40including the Department of Foreign Affairs,
02:43National Bureau of Investigation,
02:45and Overseas Filipino Banca.
