Perwell is a grassed-up 7310 acre property for 800 backgrounders.

00:00Perwell is located 80km north of St George, 125km southwest of Roma, and just 9km from

00:14the Begonia School.

00:16The freehold property of approximately 2,958 hectares, or 7,310 acres, has a superb mix

00:24of country, including just over 1,000 hectares of coolabower, river gum, flood out country

00:29with an approximate 11km frontage to the Maranoa River.

00:33There's also around 445 hectares of old cultivation area planted to bambatsi and buffelgrass,

00:39plus 768 hectares that has been cut abard and seeded with buffel.
