00:02Your Excellency, MTD is the only full-time language school under the Ministry of Defence of Malaysia
00:10and it is unique in terms of its administration.
00:14The academic learning system at MTD is unique in terms of military training and leadership.
00:20The administration of the son of MTD under the Malaysian Army, ATM,
00:25while the academic management follows the curriculum of the Ministry of Education of Malaysia.
00:31Referring to the issues raised, the Ministry of Defence, through ATM, has made improvements, as follows.
00:37First, the ban on the display violation activity among the sons of MTD
00:42has indeed been strengthened in the PTP son-in-law order.
00:47Second, starting in 2020, the separation of the son-in-law block of level 5 and level 4
00:53has been carried out in order to reduce the risk of things that are not wanted to happen.
00:58And third, the trainees are tasked with carrying out alternate and non-alternate rounds
01:03in the son-in-law block after 11.30 pm every day.
01:07The repetition of this round is for every two hours.
01:12Fourth, the improvement of the number of CCTV cameras from 12 to 64 units in the son-in-law block area
01:19in order to monitor and detect suspicious activities.
01:23Fifth, the implementation of a counselling session for the son involved in the case of discipline violation.
01:30And sixth, the meeting session between the son and the trainer
01:34in order to get initial information about the violations among the sons.
01:39This session is carried out in order to address the issue of the son's inability to report the violations.
01:45And we at the Ministry of Defence and ATMs will not compromise
01:49with any form of discipline violation, including the act of bullying,
01:53as mentioned by Mr Mohamad Moua,
01:56which investigation will be carried out
01:58and strict action will be taken against any individuals involved.
