00:02That's what happened to Los Angeles Jury in American Rapper,

00:05Rakeem Mayers, also known as A$AP Rocky.

00:09We, the jury of the above entitled action, find the defendant, Rakeem Mayers, not guilty.

00:19The courtroom was filled with cheers and laughter

00:21after hearing the NOT GUILTY verdict for the two felony counts of assault with a weapon against the rapper.

00:28A$AP Rocky jumped and was hugged by his partner, Rihanna.

00:33On November 6, 2021, the rapper was accused of pointing a gun at his ex-girlfriend, Terrell Efron.

00:42But according to A$AP Rocky's lawyers, the prop gun used in a music video was a real gun.

00:48Efron was also the aggressor in the confrontation between the two.
